This is an excellent shoe horn, beautifully crafted. It works well, providing tge correct heel support as I easily slide my foot onto the shoe. I'm pleased every time I use the shoe horn! Well worth the very inexpensive price.

I purchased 6, for myself and for gifts. Great to be able to stand up and slip shoes on! I am XXL size and my son-in-law is XL size and we find them to be very durable. He uses them for casual lace-up "tennis shoes" so he does not have to lace-and-unlace every day; just slip out and shoe-horn in. I use it because my fingers rarely slip into the small "finger tabs" on shoes and for leather dress shoes. Cedar fragrance is delightful! One of the Shoe Horns I purchased was cracked at a natural knot in the wood, making it not useable. I send an email and pics and a replacement was shipped out the nest day!
These things are perfection. The cedar wood is softer than those plastic or metal contraptions but definitely sturdy enough to do the job without concern about breaking. Great handle, perfect shape and size. Got two
The finish is not well sanded, particularly where the shoe horn hits you socks along the heel and back of the ankle, even up to the calf. As such, its scratchy finish catches and pulls on yours socks. It is awful. Needs a sanding once received. But for the price they charge for a stick, it should arrive smooth and ready to use for years.
This was much nicer than I expected! Been looking for reasonably priced gifts. Was concerned it would snap under use. Now that I see it, no such concerns. Plus it looks & smells nice. Much classier that a long plastic shoe horn!
