These hangers are exactly what I'd hoped they'd be...they appear solid and well-made. The cross bar isn't coated or slippery, so wool pants don't slide off. And the cedar smell is really nice.
Previously I had purchased cedar hangers from another source, and they were OK, but I was looking for something a little nicer. I ordered two sets of these, and gave one set to my wife and we both love them. Keeps my dress shirts looking (and smelling) nice.
