You may order Woodlore products online from our website (we currently only accept online orders from the United States and Canada), by calling 800-288-0200 or 262-235-6343 or by emailing online@woodlore.com.

All prices on woodlore.com are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards.
3. Do you ship internationally?
We can ship your order almost anywhere in the world and offer several shipping options for international orders. Read our shipping policy for more on costs and time estimates.
4. How long will it take to get my order? What does shipping cost?
Delivery times depend on the availability of the items you order. If the items are in stock, we usually ship within two business days after receiving them, monogrammed items usually within five business days and laser-engraved items within 10 days. Read our shipping policy for more on costs and time estimates.
5. What is your return policy?
You may return any product ordered direct from Woodlore, except personalized products, within 30 days of purchase if accompanied by a receipt, as long as the item is unused and part of our current catalog. We cannot accept returns on any personalized products. See our return policy for more.
6. How do I find the right size shoe tree?
Woodlore shoe trees are designed to fit most shoes and are available in a variety of sizes. We also have a one-size shoe tree for men and women. Check out our sizing guide to learn more.
7. How long do the effects of cedar last?
Woodlore products usually produce a fresh cedar aroma for about six to 12 months. After that, you can periodically renew the wood's natural aromatic properties with a light sanding. We also stand behind our craftsmanship with a lifetime guarantee against mechanical defect.
8. Do you offer custom monogramming?
You can add a personal monogram to almost any Woodlore product, as long as it carries a nameplate. We will engrave the nameplate with up to three initials in an attractive block type. The charge for custom monogramming is just $5.00 per item, and it usually ships in five days.
Many products can also be personalized with laser-engraving and will typically ship within 10 days.
