Pricing
We do everything possible to make sure prices on woodlore.com are accurate and up-to-date. But they do change occasionally. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you before shipping.

Availability
We fill most orders within 2 business days after receiving them. Monogrammed items usually ship in 4-5 days. If an item is out of stock due to tremendous demand, we will send you an e-mail and ship the item as soon as it is available. Or, if you prefer, we will cancel the order.

Sales tax
Orders sent within the states of AZ, CA, DC, FL, IL, MA, ME, NE, NY, NC, OH, TN, TX, VT and WI will include sales tax. State laws require that we charge all appropriate sales taxes on the full amount of the order. Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

All shoe tree orders come in our attractive Woodlore packaging.

Custom monogramming
You can add a personal monogram to almost any Woodlore product, as long as it carries a nameplate. We will engrave the nameplate with up to 3 initials in an attractive, block type. The charge for custom monogramming is just $3.50 per item. Monogrammed items usually ship in 4-5 days.
